Returns Policy

For most items all sales are final unless there is an error or damage in shipment. SassyAss Design will always make sure you have quality product, and will do everything in our power to "Make it Right" We will do our level best to resolve any issue. 100% Satisfaction is our primary goal, please let us know immediately if there is any issue with any items you receive.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most items with ship within 7 business days. All items will ship within 14. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
